Sundays are filled with Worship and Fellowship at MCC!
Sunday Morning Breakfast
Every Sunday morning, intrepid church goers gather in the Fellowship hall for an amazing Southern breakfast! Steve whips up scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, donuts, and fresh fruit. For those of us who need a little help in the morning, Steve also has plenty of coffee!
From 9:30- 10:00 the early birds greet friends and catch up with each other.
Children's Church
During our Traditional Service at 11:00 am, the kids go to the annex with Ms. Tasha and have a Children's Service. Ms. Tasha is a dedicated and loving teacher who also happens to be the wife of our minister, Cory. During Children's Church, the children dance, sing, make crafts, and learn Bible stories in a fun and engaging way. There is a snack provided and all ages of children are welcome!
Traditional Service
Our Traditional Service is usually about an hour long and begins with the congregation singing traditional church songs led by Janie Buchanan who helps us lift God up in praise, to express our love, gratitude and thankfulness to Him for all He has done for us.
Accompanying her is Tony Buchanan who is a concert pianist and always lifts the congregation's spirits with his beautiful music!
We come together in Communion every Sunday to remember and celebrate what Christ has done for us!
Minister Cory Thomas' devotion to Christ, the Word of God, and his flock, is evident in the artful sermons he preaches every Sunday.
